Reiko is given a new case, a deranged serial killer who uses a tattoo needle as a murder weapon. While following the case, Reiko and Nozomi uncover a secret organization run by Jun. Jun is a woman without a heart, but she does have a tattoo on her back from the same artist who inked Nozomi's. Reiko once again tries to sacrifice her body to protect Nozomi, but Jun and her henchmen will not be that easily satisfied. Jun would prefer to get her own hands on Nozomi, and is determined to take her virginity personally.
